Everyone even those who don’t believe that they are intuitive can feel vibes. What the feeling of disappointment usually does, is keeping away all the amazing people and opportunities including your soul mates and like-minded people who are already around you. They are knocking on your door, but no one is home. So no matter what they do, they remain invisible because you are unavailable energetically. In, other words, your heart is closed!

Self-Disappointment usually occurs when you point your finger at yourself with the underlying belief that you have either done something wrong or that there is something fundamentally wrong with you. These thought patterns often lead to isolation and mistrust which then reinforce the perceived sense of distrust, betrayal and disappointment.
Being harsh and critical of yourself or any form of self-loathing is just another way of giving your power away. It creates a vicious cycle. And if you keep filtering all of your experiences through the lens of “this world is not a safe place”, you will receive the same reflection back. Every experience teaches you something about yourself. Your life is a mirror that reflects your conscious and unconscious beliefs, your internal images, your general attitude, including your emotional state.
Luckily, there is a different way of making profound changes or extracting learning from everything that you experience on a day to day basis. As you change in consciousness your reality will change. Awareness is the key. That’s why it is important to pay attention and to notice our own destructive thought patterns.
Sometimes life will throw us a curve ball when we least expect it!
There is nothing wrong with making plans, but if we keep in mind that things are always changing, we can learn to flow with life and adjust our plans if this is necessary. In this way, we will reduce the amount of suffering tremendously. If we surrender and trust that things will work out the way they are meant out to, they might even work out better, then we have expected it.
If things turn out in a way, you did not expect them to occur you might learn something valuable or meet people whom you would not have met otherwise for example.
That’s why it is so important to take responsibility for your reaction to any upsetting event. Everything starts within! Any changes that we want to implement in our outer reality must start from within.
When the going gets tough, the tough get going!
Going through tough times and hardships can help us to change our habitual reactions and integrate a new frequency into your consciousness.
We reap what we sow. The way how we carry ourselves minute by minute and respond to life’s challenges determines our destiny. We shape our destiny moment after moment. Those who experienced tremendous hardships and suffering and have tried everything they could think of sometimes wonder if there is a way out. They look at other people’s lives and find it difficult to understand why some seem to have it much easier.
It always depends from which point of view you look at the situation or event because the most radiant, compassionate, resilient and loving people I have met so far did for sure not have an easy life and yet they rarely complained about it. They used every opportunity to change their karma and took responsibility for whatever they were going through.
Imagine you would be a very successful and prosperous businessman or woman and someone would steal from you 3$. Would you get upset about it and waste your precious time for weeks or even months thinking about the person who has taken „your“ money. Of course, not because you have more important things to do. But this is what many people do when they encounter small setbacks in their life or if someone lets them down. There is often a tendency to dwell on the negative situation, to overthink and to spend far too much time with analyzing and trying to understand why things happened as they did.
You might have heard the idiom “There is no use crying over spilt? milk.”
What is actually meant with this saying? It means that developing an attitude of starting again will help us to deal with any losses or frustrating situations we encounter. The spirit of this idiom is resilience, perseverance and a positive attitude.
The best way to deal with failure is to be compassionate with yourself, to acknowledge and feel any arising emotions fully, to cry if this brings relief and then to clean up whatever needs to be cleaned up and move on in the spirit of gratitude for the lessons learned.
In case you are struggling at the moment with sadness, I have recorded a guided meditation which comes with an accompanying booklet to support you on your journey.
Guided meditation is a wonderful way to connect with a higher wisdom and creativity. It is also a wonderful tool for emotional, physical and mental healing and is very empowering because it gives you the opportunity to connect with your own inner wisdom from your higher self. You will always receive the answer which you are ready to receive and understand.
